For associations that do not already have FHA or AHFC approval and do qualify for the required standards of both agencies, we guarantee, within 90 days, to get you approved.  If we do not achieve your FHA or AHFC approval within a 90-day period, we will give you the benefit of $1000 worth of free management or property services.
